Peacebuilder’s Pledge in het Nederlands! (Dutch)

I am a peace builder

Ik ben (een) vredestichter

I pledge to praise people

Ik beloof mensen te eren ….

To give up putdowns

…. en op te houden met anderen te kleineren;

To seek wise people

om me te wenden tot wijze mensen,

To notice and speak up about hurts I have caused

om pijn die ik heb veroorzaakt te zien en te erkennen,

To right wrongs

om goed te maken wat verkeerd is,

To help others

om anderen te helpen,

I will build peace at home, in school and in my community each day.

zal ik bouwen aan vrede – thuis, op school en in mijn gemeenschap, elke dag.
